Connecting Again

Trying my hardest to finish some new songs. But I have so little time. And time is what it takes. I don't know any other way than to sit and play and write and rewrite. At some point I hope to have time to work that way again. Until then I will try to learn what can be learned from this 'busy' period of my life - perhaps spending less time on songs is what I need to learn...

In the mean time, learning other people's songs is a great way to plug back into the song stream. Going out, listening and learning gets me pretty close to the essence of creating and writing. I will take it, for now.
